What is AGV ?

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle Systems), or AGV Robots, are unmanned vehicles that are part of an automated material handling system. They are used for precise, convenient, fast, and safe transportation within buildings, distribution centers, industrial plants, warehouses, and various production lines. Their operation and route planning are controlled by specialized software.

Benefits of the AGV System?

  • Complete drive system.
  • Simple design.
  • AGV robots have systems that support a wide range of applications.
  • AGVs have fewer limitations and are more flexible.
  • Easy to install and use. Additional accessories can be installed as needed.
  • It has a multi-function control system that makes using your AGV easier.

STANDARD SAFETY FEATURE.

  • Emergency stop button: Emergency stop button are provided on each AGV. When activated, the AGV enters an emergency stop state and all motion capable equipment will become inactive.
  • Warning sound and Alarm Lights.
  • Load Sensor.
  • Mechanical Bumper: Collision protection.
  • Distance Sensor: Ranges 20 – 150 mm.
  • Programming Safety: When the obstacle is within the warning field of any of these sensors, the AGV will decelerate to a slower speed in acticipation of a full stop.
